Dr. Wesley Fichera, DDS

Wesley Fichera, DDS

Dr. Wes Fichera knew he wanted to be a dentist at the age of 20, after finishing a summer internship as a mechanical engineer and realizing that engineering was not the career for him. The young Dr. Wes looked into a few other careers but ultimately decided on dentistry due to being able to be part of a team, work with his hands, and help patients solve their dental problems. He completed his undergrate education the University of Texas at Dallas and received his dentist training at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.

Next, Dr. Wes completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at South Texas Veterans Affairs Health Care System at San Antonio. Here, he learned advanced procedures such as placement and restoration of implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, orthodontics (Invisalign®), endodontics, and complex restorative care. Dr. Wes is a member of the American Dental Association and Colorado Dental Association.

As a dentist, Dr. Wes loves being able to be part of a team where we help patients restore their oral health and give them the ability to confidently smile. He says he loves living in Westminster because the people are easy-going, friendly, and live an active lifestyle. He also loves the mountain views, the weather, and that there are so many outdoor activities nearby!
